With 20+ years of experience, I’ve built communications, education, and public affairs campaigns that make complex issues clear and relatable.

After 15 years leading strategic initiatives for North Dakota’s coal industry, I launched LaCoe Solutions to partner with associations, nonprofits, and small businesses that need senior-level support without the cost of a full-time executive.

I help organizations strengthen funding and decision-making by translating complex work and policy into clear, credible messages that leaders, funders, and stakeholders can act on.
